Exercise program for swimming pool

The training programs at the pool, in groups for adults, classes are held with Aqua Gymstick - a comprehensive and effective utensil gymnastic and rehabilitation.

Classes are held Monday - Sunday hours are set individually.
We invite to use of a variety of physical exercise in the water, choosing them according to your needs and age:

• Aqua Senior
• Aqua Junior &  Baby

Price list of group AQUA classes (ZAGB-Normal GROUP) 35 PLN/70 min. / person
payment beyond the time: 1 PLN for 3 minutes.
Price list of individual classes AQUA (ZAB-Normal Individual) 60 PLN/70 min. / per person.
